Shopify App Installation
The Delivery Gateway Shopify app allows you to seamlessly integrate advanced delivery options into your Shopify store. With our app, you can offer your customers home delivery, pickup point delivery, and parcel locker options from multiple carriers.
Install the Delivery Gateway app
- Go to the Shopify App Store.
- Click Install.
- Review the permissions then click Install app to authorize Delivery Gateway.
When the installation is complete, you will be redirected to the Delivery Gateway app dashboard where you can set up your Delivery Gateway configuration.
Quick setup guide
After your app is installed, you can proceed to configure the Delivery Gateway app on your Shopify admin page.

Part 1: Choose your logistic service providers
Enable one or more logistics service providers that your customers can choose from during checkout.
- Open the Shopify admin and under Apps, select Delivery Gateway.
- Click Setup providers in the quick setup guide, or select Provider settings in the Delivery Gateway menu on the left.
- Select the shipping providers you want to work with and click the Edit icon next to their name.
- Check Available for customers to enable them and then click Save.
Part 2: Enable and customize the app embed
Customize the look of the Delivery Gateway widget as it appears on your storefront.

Go back to the quick setup guide in the app and click Open theme settings or select Theme settings in the Delivery Gateway menu on the left.

Click Enable app embed in Theme Editor.
This opens the Shopify theme editor.

Activate the Delivery Gateway Embed toggle.

Under Theme customization, you can configure the colors and the style of the Delivery Gateway widget.

Optionally, toggle the Enable cart drawer support option if you want the Delivery Gateway widget to appear inside the cart drawer.

Add the Delivery Gateway widget to your Cart page if you're using a cart page instead of a drawer.

Add the widget to the Thank You page and Order Status page so customers can see their selected pickup point after placing the order.
Part 3: Set up delivery customization
Delivery customization allows you to show only those shipping methods and prices that are relevant to the customer. To make sure the feature works smoothly, match Shopify's shipping rates with the shipping methods from Delivery Gateway.
- Go back to the quick setup guide in the app and click Configure delivery customization or select Delivery customization on the left.
- Select the desired shipping rates for store delivery.
- Select the desired shipping rates for each provider and shipping mode combination.
Match the shipping rates set up in Shopify with your logistics providers. This allows you to show only relevant shipping methods and prices in the checkout based on the customer's selection.
Part 4: Review app settings (optional)
Customize the app to fit your needs:
- Go back to the quick setup guide in the app and click Review app settings* or select App settings on the left.
- Configure your preferences:
- Add your own physical stores as pickup locations on the map.
- Set custom logos for your store locations.
- Configure additional preferences.
Part 5: Advanced provider settings: shipment creation and label printing (optional)
You can configure shipment creation and label printing to work inside the Shopify admin.
- Go back to Provider Settings and select a provider.
- In the Integration type menu, select your integration type:
- If you have a direct contract with the carrier, select Direct. You will need to provide your API credentials.
- If you manage shipments through a fulfillment provider, select Via Fulfillment Provider.
- Go to Orders in the Shopify admin and select an order.
- Add the Delivery Gateway admin block to the page for easy access.
You can then create shipments and print shipping labels directly from Shopify.
