Set up providers

You can choose from multiple logistics service providers in the Shopify app. Each provider can be configured separately. You can set up the following:

  • Enable the provider for customers.
  • Enable or disable pickup point delivery and home delivery for each provider.
  • Configure how each provider appears to your customers.

To configure providers:

  1. Open the Shopify admin and under Apps, select Delivery Gateway.
  2. Select Provider settings on the left.
  3. Click the Edit icon of the provider you want to configure.
  4. Check Available for customers to enable the provider.
  5. Check at least one of the Available for pickup and Available for delivery options.
  6. Select an integration type:
    • Direct:
    • Use without parcel dispatch
    • Fulfillment provider
  7. Under Display fields, configure how the provider appears to your customers. You can customize the following information:
    • Title.
    • Priority.
    • Information for home delivery.
    • Information for pickup point delivery.
    • List of required address fields for home delivery.
    • List of required address fields for pickup point delivery.
  8. Click Save.
